Salary: ₹24,000/month + Duty Meals

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused F&B Associates to join premium dining and retail food outlets in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages as per brand standards

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times

• Handle billing and POS operations (if required)

• Maintain proper knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and ongoing offers

• Assist in upselling products to enhance customer experience

• Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth service

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass 

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

• Good communication skills (Basic English + Hindi)

• Presentable and well-groomed personality

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Customer handling & interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Quick learner with a service-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of hospitality/F&B industry (added advantage)
